Job summary

Luxoft in Warsaw seeks a Technical Lead QA Engineer to shape test automation for data platforms, ETL, and backend systems. You will build and maintain automation frameworks and drive quality initiatives in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include leading framework adoption, API testing, data validation, and CI/CD integration. Strong leadership and hands-on coding are required to influence engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA Automation with hands-on engineering level coding.
• Strong Python (3+ years) and PyTest experience; ability to extend frameworks.
• Experience with REST/gRPC API testing and SQL data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and data platforms (DWH, BigData, ETL).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Lead adoption of test automation across multiple teams; engage stakeholders.
• Automate data quality checks for DWH, Data lake, and BigData environments.
• Automate API and backend testing; run performance and fault-tolerance tests.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with infra/ML teams.
