The role combines hands-on Python automation with team leadership to ensure high-quality delivery across enterprise applications, APIs, and Big Data systems.

You will design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Python and PyTest/Robot Framework, oversee test planning and reporting, and collaborate with DevOps to integrate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA automation with leadership in automation teams.
• Strong Big Data testing and distributed data validation experience.
• Expertise in browser automation using Selenium and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• API testing with Postman and Requests.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote automation best practices.
• Experience applying AI-assisted testing tools.
• English at least B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA automation team with technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks with Python.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for web, API, and Big Data apps.
• Collaborate with development, product and DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Ensure high-quality automation code standards and reviews.
• Define automation strategy for new initiatives.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test design and coverage.
• Facilitate risk assessment and defect management.
