Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with strong Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable web apps and services. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet business goals and boost user experience.

The position involves working from offices in Poland, with a hybrid model (3 days on-site per week) and opportunities for international exposure and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C# and .NET.
• Strong frontend with React/Angular and API integration.
• Hands-on cloud experience on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain web apps and APIs with .NET and modern frontend.
• Build responsive, high‑performing UIs using React or Angular.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers and Engineers across stack.
• Oversee deployment on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Apply cloud-native patterns, containers, and serverless concepts.
• Integrate AI models and automate processes.
• Ensure security, performance and scalability in cloud architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Enable automated CI/CD for feature delivery.
