Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering with a Java-first profile.
• Proficiency in Python for model and analytics integration.
• Experience with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude.
• Knowledge of credit risk workflows, model integration, and rating systems.
• Background in data modernization including legacy database exit strategies like DB2.
• Experience in an AI-driven SDLC environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization efforts across credit risk workflows and model integration processes.
• Support transition of legacy models to modernized architectures.
• Integrate model runs with the analytics platform to return accurate ratings.
• Contribute to data modernization initiatives, including DB2 exit work.
• Collaborate with credit officers and risk management stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Plug directly into existing workflow modernization work with minimal ramp-up time.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with model risk and front-office risk teams for alignment across the risk function.
• Deliver full-stack solutions for an under-resourced function seeking to move faster.
