Qualifications

Lead end-to-end validation programs for Client storage products from planning through product release and post-release support.
Own validation strategy, automation roadmap, execution planning, resource allocation, risk management, and technical delivery.
Lead validation activities across Windows, Linux, UEFI, firmware, BIOS, storage drivers, security, interoperability, scalability, performance, and reliability domains.
Define validation methodologies, test strategies, coverage models, quality gates, and release readiness criteria.
Drive CI/CD implementation, automation expansion, infrastructure modernization, and continuous validation process improvements.
Lead complex technical investigations involving storage protocols, driver architecture, firmware interactions, hardware integration, and platform-level failures.
Conduct design reviews, technical reviews, root cause analysis discussions, and defect triage meetings with engineering teams.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project milestones and successful product delivery.
Mentor validation engineers and technicians by providing technical guidance, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and establishing engineering best practices.
Prepare executive-level project reports, risk assessments, resource forecasts, quality metrics, and customer-facing presentations.
Ensure compliance with Client engineering standards, security requirements, quality processes, and project governance throughout the engagement.
