PepsiCo Inc. in Kraków seeks a senior Transformation lead to drive the end-to-end People Experience and Ops transformation program, aligning with global People strategy and enterprise transformation objectives.

You will define roadmaps, manage interdependencies across HR, Digital & Technology, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable benefits and operating model improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Project Management, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications are a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Transformation, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model, or organizational change initiatives in a regional or global environment.
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading change management, transitions, and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, business cases, and value realization is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EMEA People Experience and Ops transformation programs and organizational transitions.
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, and program risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable People solutions and operating model improvements.
• Drive successful transitions and ensure operational readiness across People services.
• Track and deliver transformation benefits, ensuring delivery of financial, operational, and employee experience outcomes.
