PepsiCo Inc. Kraków site seeks an E2E Supply Chain Project Manager to deliver multiple transformational projects and productivity initiatives within the MU E2E program. You will build business cases, map processes, and align stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

The role requires strong project management, financial literacy, Excel expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Broad E2E supply chain understanding across demand, supply, manufacturing and logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excel proficiency and ability to analyze data.
• Good financial knowledge and communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Design E2E supply chain solutions and build business cases.
• Develop and deploy elements of the E2E strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead and deliver a robust project management portfolio with clear visibility.
• Contribute to capital and productivity pipeline to drive execution.
