Job summary

PepsiCo in Kraków is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across HR, Employee Services, Digital & Technology, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.

You will define transformation roadmaps, prioritize programs, manage interdependencies, and govern risks while shaping the operating model and delivering measurable benefits across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Transformation, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model, or organizational change initiatives in a regional or global environment.
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading change management, transitions, and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Experience leading change management, transitions, and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, business cases, and value realization is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected starting compensation range for this position is 296800,0 PLN annually (gross).
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
