Job summary

PepsiCo in Warsaw seeks an E2E Supply Chain Project Manager for a fixed-term 12-month assignment. You will lead multiple transformational projects, build business cases for capital investment, and drive productivity within the MU E2E program.

You will partner with operations governance, design end-to-end solutions, and ensure delivery of benefits by aligning with market needs and GTM initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• Broad E2E supply chain understanding (Demand, Supply, Customer Collab., Manufacturing, Logistics).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills and Excel proficiency.
• Good level of financial knowledge and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in analytics with process mapping and analysis experience.
• Ability to rapidly learn new processes and adapt to change.
• Capable of managing multiple, competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design E2E supply chain solutions/initiatives to support business and operational goals, build relevant business cases, develop CAR documents
• Develop and deploy elements of the E2E supply chain strategy agenda clearly connected to priorities and GTM initiatives
• Lead and deliver a robust project management portfolio with visibility of scope, deliverables and progress
• Contribute to the E2E supply chain capital and productivity pipeline agenda, enabling broader teams to deliver
