PepsiCo in Kraków seeks a senior Marketing Transformation leader to drive the Global A&M Excellence agenda. You will align global and regional stakeholders, define annual work scope, and deliver on KPIs across Media, Content, Transformation, Insights and D&A.

Manage a diverse team across Krakow and India and guide change initiatives at Exec level. The role requires 10+ years of Marketing experience, strong program management, and proficiency with PowerBI/ThinkCell.

Competenze

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in Marketing Transformation and cross‑functional programs.
• Knowledge of PepsiCo marketing partners and agencies.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills in a matrix environment.
• Experience using AI and automation tools for PPT/Excel like PowerBI/ThinkCell/Co-Pilot Pro.

Mansioni

• Own delivery of Global A&M Excellence Service within S&T and Global Marketing transformation.
• Develop executive materials for global, regional and BU SVP leaders.
• Define and manage the stakeholder alignment program across regions.
• Lead a diverse team across Krakow and India, fostering growth and engagement.
• Codify new learnings from A&M analyses and modernize annual deliverables.
• Monitor external trends in consumer data, AI and macroeconomic factors.
