Job summary

The role requires strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and a track record in large-scale transformations in regional/global settings. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred; 6+ years in HR/Transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
• Certifications in PM/Change Management/Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• 6+ years in HR/People Operations/Transformation or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformations in regional/global settings.
• Strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EMEA People Experience and Ops transformation programs and organizational transitions.
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, and program risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable People solutions and operating model improvements.
• Drive successful transitions and ensure operational readiness across People services.
• Track and deliver transformation benefits, ensuring delivery of financial, operational, and employee experience outcomes.
