Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition expert with strong technical affinity to drive R&D hiring strategy across EMEA, focusing on the German-speaking market.

You will partner with business leaders, HR, and the global TA community to attract critical technical talent in a dynamic energy environment. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D and other strategic engineering roles, translating complex requirements into effective recruitment strategies and building sustainable talent

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Experience with international, matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into recruitment strategies.
• Fluency in English; German-language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D and engineering roles across EMEA.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition to shape hiring strategy.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent intelligence on market dynamics.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at events and build partnerships with senior leaders.
• Align recruitment with business priorities and project demands.
