• Experience in international, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D and strategic engineering roles.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams, translating requirements into recruitment strategies.
• Drive proactive sourcing and provide talent intelligence on market dynamics.
• Partner with business on workforce planning and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs and industry events to attract technical talent.
