Qualifications

5-7 years of recruiting technical and engineering talent in energy/industrial environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
English fluency; other languages would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D and strategic engineering roles.
Partner with hiring teams to translate requirements into recruitment strategies.
Drive proactive sourcing and talent intelligence on market dynamics.
Plan workforce needs and build sustainable talent pipelines.
Build relationships with senior leaders and provide hiring guidance.
Align TA strategies with business priorities and project demands.
Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs and industry events.
