Job summary

NTT DATA in Warsaw is seeking a DEVOPS Architect / Team Lead to ensure IT infrastructure stays operational by proactive incident resolution and to deploy Red Hat OpenShift. The role emphasizes service levels and client satisfaction while guiding a team of engineers and specialists.

You will lead deployments across OpenShift/Kubernetes, support bids, and ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Delivery; Polish language proficiency at B2+ is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes and ITSM practices.
• Proficient in deploying and managing complex IT infrastructure.
• Familiar with automation and CI/CD tooling.
• Polish language proficiency at B2 or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Provide operational leadership for service offer management.
• Investigate and resolve client problems.
• Assist with bids and proposals and smooth Sales to Delivery transitions.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• Lead a team of engineers and specialists to support deployments.
