Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced DEVOPS Architect / Team Lead in a hybrid environment to drive OpenShift deployments and ensure service continuity for client IT infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers, resolve complex incidents, and participate in bids and transitioning deals from Sales to Delivery.

The role requires deep ITSM knowledge, Kubernetes/OpenShift expertise, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or IT.
• Master's degree in IT or Business Administration preferred.
• Nice to have Red Hat / LPIC certification.
• Solid experience in similar role within a global technology environment.
• Experience dealing with clients and managing service levels.
• Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and deployment of Red Hat OpenShift.
• Provide operational leadership to a team of engineers.
• Investigate and solve client problems.
• Assist bids and proposals and manage pipeline deals.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes for proactive management.
• Assist analysis of statistics to determine service levels.
• Maintain IT site plan.
