Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced DEVOPS Architect / Team Lead to oversee OpenShift deployments and service delivery. The role combines engineering excellence with developing management responsibilities to keep client IT infrastructure running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, ArgoCD, GitLab, and IT service management, plus strong leadership and client-facing skills. Hybrid working arrangements are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or IT or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Nice to have Red Hat / LPIC certification.
• Solid experience in similar role within a global technology environment.
• Solid experience dealing with clients and managing service levels.
• Solid stakeholder engagement experience at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and deployment of Red Hat OpenShift.
• Provide operational leadership to a team handling service offers.
• Investigate and solve client problems.
• Assist with bids and proposals and ensure smooth Sales to Delivery transitions.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• Investigate and resolve incidents for proactive service management.
• Contribute to IT site plan and analyze service statistics.
• Polish language at least B2 level is required.
