Job summary

KK Group is seeking a proactive Lead – Customer Quality to strengthen our customer quality processes globally. You will be the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring requirements are fully understood, fulfilled and continuously improved.

You will drive quality performance, manage improvement initiatives and support audits, while collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management or Customer Quality.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters.
  • Ensure customer requirements and contractual quality expectations are met.
  • Lead quality reviews with customers and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Monitor quality performance, analyze KPIs and drive improvements.
  • Plan and participate in customer audits and manage corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to address concerns.

At KK Group, quality is more than a requirement—it is a commitment to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Lead – Customer Quality to strengthen and develop our customer quality processes globally.

In this role, you will be the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood, fulfilled and continuously improved upon. You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving quality performance, managing improvement initiatives and supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Quality Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters.
  • Ensure customer requirements, specifications and contractual quality expectations are met.
  • Build, maintain and develop strong customer quality relationships and partnerships.
  • Lead regular quality review meetings with customers and ensure professional communication at all levels.
Performance & Improvement
  • Monitor, analyse and report quality performance, customer feedback and quality-related KPIs.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop, implement and monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Own customer action plans and ensure timely follow-up and closure of actions.
  • Present quality performance trends, risks and improvement initiatives to internal stakeholders and management.
Project & Audit Management
  • Provide quality oversight for new product introduction (NPI) and product development projects.
  • Participate in selected customer projects as the quality representative.
  • Plan, support and participate in customer audits.
  • Coordinate audit findings, corrective actions and follow-up activities.
  • Lead preparations for customer visits and ensure effective execution of resulting action plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams to address customer concerns and improve product quality.
  • Ensure agreed targets, deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
  • Escalate critical customer quality issues and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Quality Management, Customer Quality or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies and customer quality processes.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and drive corrective actions across multiple functions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing teams in a global environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
