We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join the team, an innovative AI-powered Clinical Data Management platform. This is a unique opportunity to combine business analysis leadership, product strategy, and people management while helping transform clinical trial operations through advanced AI capabilities.
In this hybrid role, you will drive business analysis initiatives, support product vision and roadmap development as a Deputy Product Manager, and lead a small team of Business Analysts.
Drive end-to-end business analysis across the IntelliCheck product lifecycle, translating complex Clinical Data Management requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Partner closely with Product Management to define product strategy, prioritize the backlog, support release planning, and balance business value, compliance requirements, and technical needs.
Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Business Analysts, establishing best practices in requirements engineering, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings while aligning business users, technical teams, AI specialists, and regulatory stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of key platform capabilities such as AI-powered discrepancy detection, automated query generation, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review processes, Medidata Rave integration, governance, and GxP-compliant auditability.
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles delivering complex enterprise software products.
At least 5 years of experience within Clinical Development, Clinical Data Management (CDM), or Clinical Trial Operations, including strong knowledge of CRFs/eCRFs, EDC systems, discrepancy management, and query workflows.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud-based integrations, GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Proven experience leading and mentoring analysts, influencing senior stakeholders, managing priorities in complex environments, and communicating effectively in English.
Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and modern Generative AI/LLM tools used for requirements engineering, documentation, and process optimization.
