Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to engage with clients, assess and enhance business processes, and document requirements tailored to project needs. The role involves working in a hybrid setup from Poland and collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI-enabled projects.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in BA, strong elicitation skills, and experience in finance, life sciences, healthcare or insurance domains, plus knowledge of AI SDLC and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant business analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements using various techniques.
• Define business goals, needs and objectives.
• Analyze data to ensure features align with product goals and deliver optimal solution value.
• Translate business needs into functional, non-functional and transition requirements.
• Create epics, use cases and user stories based on selected BA document structures including acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, development and QA teams.
• Plan business analysis approach for projects.
• Play the Scrum Master role when required.
• Conduct technical interviews for business analyst positions.
• Mentor and coach business analysts within the organization.
