Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, integrations, automation solutions, or full-stack applications.
• Practical experience with databases and data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and containerized deployments.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or end users.
• Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business goals, processes, and technical environments.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Design, prototype, build, and deploy production-grade applications.
• Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize deployed solutions through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
