Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a hands-on Lead BI Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across industries.

You will lead BI initiatives, translate complex business needs into actionable insights, and design dashboards and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT teams. You will own data discovery, profiling, and data modeling, using SQL to analyze large datasets, and manage backlogs to ensure delivery aligns with objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering data and analytics projects (BI, DWH, data transformation).
• Hands-on with business and data requirements across BI, DWH, data, analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to define business needs and align objectives.
• Translate needs into data requirements and guide delivery teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT, including senior leadership.
• Lead data discovery, profiling, and SQL analysis of large datasets.
• Oversee design and delivery of BI solutions: dashboards, models, data flows, mappings.
• Prioritize backlogs with epics, features, and user stories.
• Create documentation covering processes, data requirements, and design.
