Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a hands-on Lead BI Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across industries.

You will lead BI initiatives, translate complex business needs into actionable insights, and design dashboards and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT teams. You will own data discovery, profiling, and data modeling, using SQL to analyze large datasets, and manage backlogs to ensure delivery aligns with objectives.

We are looking for a hands-on Lead BI Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and help our customers turn data into measurable business value.
