Job summary

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and collaborate with product and architecture teams while driving scalable data platforms and AI enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development with data software engineering tech.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Extensive Spark and Databricks experience.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• English proficiency at B2+.
• Experience leading small to mid-size teams using Agile.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL technologies.
• Develop and implement Cloud/On-Prem/Hybrid data solutions.
• Drive AI adoption and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and foster high-performance culture.
• Write project documentation.
