Job summary

Shiftmove, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with a Warsaw office, is seeking a BI Team Lead to evolve our BI layer from dashboards to AI-enabled analytics. You will mentor 3 BI Analysts and partner with a Programme Manager to drive an analytics roadmap.

You will refine analytical logic, implement AI workflows, and establish a single source of truth used by executives. The role blends leadership, governance, and transformation across multi-market operations.

Qualifications

• Must have run a BI function before and raised standards
• Experience introducing AI-enabled workflows at scale
• Ability to define KPIs and establish a single source of truth
• Commercially minded with leadership and transformation focus

Responsibilities

• Own the BI layer and shift from dashboards to proactive analytics
• Refine analytical logic and build AI workflows from scratch
• Mentor 3 BI Analysts and partner with Programme Manager
• Establish KPI governance and trusted data for execs and Board
