Job summary

Zendesk is seeking an experienced Lead for Product Strategy & Operations to partner with AI Agents leadership. You will align product priorities with business goals and ensure cross-functional engagement with Go-to-Market, Data, and Engineering.

In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, translate customer insights into strategy, and help optimize existing Product Development programs across planning, discovery, and launch. Remote/hybrid options encouraged.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Product Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, Product Management, Chief of Staff, or similar strategic operational roles within B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership to create an integrated view of AI Agents priorities and translate into executive-ready recommendations.
• Link customer insights and data to product strategy to inform planning and prioritization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, CX, GTM, Data through clear rhythms and ownership.
• Optimize development programs to extract more value from planning, discovery, launch, and engagement processes.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying friction, recommending actions, and measuring impact.
