Job description

Future Mind is a brilliant, inspiring team, one of the most awarded tech consulting companies in the region. We value proactive professionals, digital natives who enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and teamwork. Together we create high-quality solutions that fulfill the business needs of our clients and impact the lives of their customers every day.

We strive for continuous professional development with the active support of our experienced mentors and team leaders along a well-structured professional development path – we all keep learning. We share knowledge, discuss technical and business issues, and find solutions, and when you want to take an external course, participate in a conference, or go to a meetup, we provide relevant funding.

For over 18 years we have delivered 300+ projects across retail, e-commerce, travel, and insurance – from top mobile commerce apps used daily by millions of customers to data and AI solutions. Since 2023 we have been part of Solita Group, a Scandinavian tech organization with 2200+ people, and we are one of the first Anthropic resellers in Europe.

If you have experience in designing strategies that change how organizations work, you use AI every day to build and solve problems, and you're ready to join our AI team working with clients such as Żabka, HEBE, Super-Pharm, LPP (Sinsay, Reserved), eobuwie.pl, and many others, take part in our quick and remote hiring process. Let's talk!

What this job is all about:

More and more of our clients come to us with the same questions about AI: where to start, what the return will be, and how to get their teams to actually use it. We're looking for a Lead AI Strategist who will build the AI strategy practice and take ownership of it with clients – from the first workshop with the board to rollout and measurable results.

This is a key role for someone who thrives where business strategy meets hands-on building. You'll be the person who connects the board's ambitions, the realities of day-to-day operations, and what technology can deliver today. You'll shape the business case and the product vision, and then stay with the engagement while our Data & AI engineers build the solution – until AI becomes part of how the client's teams work. We judge our work by adoption and by numbers the client can see in their own business.

What you'll do:

  • lead AI engagements end to end – from discovery and the business case, through product definition, to rollout and measuring results,
  • run workshops with management boards and sessions with operational teams to understand processes, bottlenecks, and data,
  • identify and prioritize AI use cases, building roadmaps with value estimates and clearly stated assumptions,
  • turn strategy into requirements and success criteria that engineers can work with,
  • prototype ideas yourself with Claude, Lovable, and other tools, so the client can see and test them early,
  • design adoption – training, change management, and internal AI champions – and track how solutions are used after go live,
  • advise senior stakeholders on trade-offs and risks, and recommend a change of course when the data calls for it,
  • shape proposals, scope and price engagements, and join pitches,
  • develop Future Mind's AI offering and the practice behind it – methods, playbooks, hiring, and mentoring strategists who will join the team.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 6+ years in consulting, digital strategy, product management, or business transformation, including at least 2 years leading a portfolio of AI engagements,
  • proven impact – you have led at least one AI initiative to production and can show the results in numbers,
  • strong structuring skills – you bring order to ambiguous problems and turn them into a realistic plan,
  • AI as part of your daily toolkit – your build agents and automations that support your everyday work in e.g. Claude / Claude Code, ChatGPT / Codex, Cursor, Lovable – and first-hand knowledge of what these tools can and cannot do,
  • ability to build a business case and defend its assumptions in front of a CFO,
  • comfort working with both engineers and executives, and explaining technology in business terms,
  • a self-starter attitude and ownership of outcomes,
  • excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Polish (workshops, stakeholder alignment, storytelling).

Nice to have:

  • domain knowledge in retail, e-commerce, travel, or insurance,
  • experience in selling advisory services and growing client accounts,
  • understanding of data and how it shapes AI solutions, and the ability to talk with data engineers about sources, quality, and integrations,
  • experience with enterprise platforms for building agents (e.g. Agent Bricks and Genie, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Microsoft Foundry, Claude Managed Agents) and agent frameworks (e.g. Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, Mastra),
  • articles, talks, or side projects about applied AI.

and here's what we offer:

  • non-corporate, transparent work environment where everyone has their say,
  • frequently reviewed salary, relevant to market rates, your developing skills, and the results you achieve,
  • possibility to significantly impact your projects – your input has real value,
  • working hands-on with the latest AI tools and in direct contact with Anthropic as our partner,
  • continuous professional development and application of new technologies – we all keep learning,
  • active support of experienced mentors and team leaders along a well-structured professional development path,
  • frequent team meetings with the purpose of sharing knowledge and discussing interesting case studies and problems that we come across on our projects,
  • financial support for professional development, when you want to learn, take part in a conference, or go to a meetup,
  • work-life balance and integration, with truly flexible working hours,
  • the ability to work fully or partially remotely, or check in to one of our offices whenever you like,
  • fully paid private health insurance, subsidized sports membership, and language courses,
  • free breakfast, snacks, and drinks, along with a chill-out space, a foosball table, and some gaming gear at our Warsaw office for when you need to relax and charge your batteries,
  • a laptop with the operating system which you choose (Mac/PC/Linux) and an additional, good quality monitor.
