Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Lead Product Designer for the AI Agents team. You will lead end-to-end design for AI-powered customer service experiences, turning complex AI capabilities into clear, usable products.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design to drive adoption, establish patterns, and ensure a high standard of UX across regions including Europe and AMER.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with consumer or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience designing generative AI, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to work in a technical environment and visualize impact on global UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for AI Agents experiences from discovery to iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design and Data teams.
• Establish reusable design patterns and quality standards across teams.
