Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Designer for the AI Agents team to shape intuitive, trusted AI automation experiences that scale customer service.

Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and designers across Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Poland, and distributed teams worldwide. You will own end-to-end design, drive concepts with research, and establish reusable design systems while applying judgment to complex AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in consumer or B2B SaaS applications.
• Experience designing generative AI, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a technical environment.
• Strong design process, collaboration mindset, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating reusable patterns, frameworks, or design-system contributions.
• Experience using AI to improve design workflows with critical judgment on quality, accessibility and bias.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end product design impact on shipped experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design for AI Agents experiences from discovery through prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Use research, usage data, and market insights to identify opportunities and improve adoption.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and Data teams to translate complex tech into simple experiences.
• Establish reusable design patterns and quality standards for a consistent AI Agents experience across teams.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, synthesis, and prototyping with sound design judgment.
