Job summary

Sperasoft, part of Keywords Studios, is seeking a Game Designer for a large AAA FPS project. You will collaborate with the Game Director and Design team to shape core mechanics, balance and gameplay direction, while ensuring cross-discipline alignment across engineering, art and production.

Ideal candidates have shipped at least one title, strong creative vision, and fluency in English. This on-site role offers exciting, international projects and a chance to influence significant gameplay

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Game Design for FPS/TPS titles.
• Full cycle development with at least one shipped title.
• Knowledge of 3D level design tools and editors, especially Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong quality focus and attention to detail, creative and technical.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Game Director and Design team on design decisions for a large AAA FPS.
• Own and drive the vision for major design initiatives and new features.
• Unify disciplines to design, tune and implement game design directions.
• Lead complex game aspects with minimal oversight.
• Analyze metrics and adjust design or balance as needed.
• Contribute to prototyping, balancing and gameplay tuning.
