Job summary

Sperasoft, Kraków, is seeking a skilled C++ developer to design, build and maintain efficient code for high quality AAA titles. You will work with Unreal Engine 4/5, contribute to performance modules, and collaborate closely with an international team.

Strong C++ knowledge, STL, and memory management are essential. English communication is required; UE4/5 experience is a plus. This on-site role offers flexible hours and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification.
• Knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms.
• Understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions.
• Familiarity with C++ templates.
• Production experience in UE4/5 will be a plus.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Good communication skills and spoken English.
• "Common UI" practical experience would be a big plus
