Zusammenfassung

Sperasoft, Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Game Designer (FPS) to collaborate with the Game Director and Design team on core decisions for a large AAA FPS project. You will shape vision, drive new features, and coordinate across engineering, art, and production to realize design directions.

Ideal candidates have full-cycle development experience with a shipped title, strong Unreal Engine 5 knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills, plus fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Must have experience in Game Design for FPS or TPS titles.
• Full cycle development experience with at least one shipped title.
• Knowledge of 3D level design tools and editors, especially Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong creative skills, organization and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English (verbal, written, technical).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the Game Director and design team on decisions for a large FPS AAA title.
• Own and drive vision for major features, design overhauls, and run brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate with engineers, artists, and producers to implement design directions.
• Lead complex design areas with minimal oversight and balance tuning.
• Analyze metrics and adjust design/balance as needed.
• Contribute to prototyping, balancing, and gameplay tuning.
