Job summary

Sperasoft is seeking Unreal Engine engineers to work on AAA game titles. You will strengthen expertise by tackling challenging tasks with guidance from game development experts and collaborate across gameplay, AI, and engine areas.

Join our team to help ship high-quality titles across multiple platforms, participate in architectural decisions, optimize performance, and contribute to the full game development pipeline from prototyping to release.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with C++ and Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
• Experience with GAS, Behavior Trees and UMG.
• Understanding of Unreal Engine memory management model.
• Strong understanding of dynamic polymorphism in C++.
• Practical knowledge of Blueprint scripting.
• Good communication skills and fluent spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work in different areas (Gameplay, AI, Engine) and create new features.
• Collaborate with colleagues across game development disciplines.
• Support multiple platforms and stores such as Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.
• Participate in architectural decisions and design of new systems.
• Optimize performance and improve game pipelines.
• Contribute through all stages from feature prototyping to release.
