Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage export documentation and LCL shipments. You will verify documents, submit shipping instructions, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining data accuracy.

The role requires English proficiency and native Vietnamese capabilities, with daily collaboration across teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 01–03 years’ professional working experience at similar operation role(s) in freight forwarder.
• Understanding and hand-on experience in LCL operation and documentation is a big plus.
• Language proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.

Responsibilities

• Handle export shipment documentation including creation, verification, and shipping instruction submission to carriers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure documentation is available and correct during transportation; resolve issues.
• Support customers and other teams to resolve issues and improve daily operation; handle exceptions and projects.
