Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Global Forwarder or logistics services.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or SCM.
• Knowledge of BL, SI, VGM, ISF, AMS, LCL, FCL; MS Excel.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication.
• Detail oriented, well organized, team player.
• Willingness to learn and develop; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for stakeholders for daily operations.
• Execute and monitor the end-to-end shipment process for customers.
• Orchestrate the overall flow of end-to-end shipments.
• Provide value through effective business solutions and customer focus.
• Maintain communication with clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to enquiries timely and elevate issues as needed.
• Support cross-sell and customer retention; adhere to SOPs/IOPs.
• Participate in conferences to ensure seamless process flow.
