Calan is seeking a Land Development Manager for Poznań to lead the identification of plots and manage development projects from due diligence through to permitting. You will coordinate with landowners, brokers, and authorities in an international setting.

Strong experience in actively acquiring land and excellent English communication are essential to liaise effectively with stakeholders and drive project approvals.

Formación

• Experience in actively acquiring land.
• Very good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Real estate market analysis and identification of potential plots for development.
• Contact with landowners and real estate brokers.
• Coordination of due diligence processes, including budgets, inspections, and analysis of property-related documents.
• Managing and overseeing the process of obtaining decisions for properties offered for sale until zoning decisions and the final building permit.
• Conducting negotiations on behalf of the employer regarding terms of purchasing potential lands.
