Job summary

Calan, a leading international hospitality group, seeks a Development Manager for Poland and the CEE region to grow the hotel portfolio by identifying investment opportunities, sourcing locations, and building relationships with investors and business partners.

You will lead market analyses, coordinate feasibility studies, and manage projects end-to-end, traveling frequently. Fluency in Polish and English is essential for effective collaboration across markets.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, real estate, hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in development, investment or real estate within hospitality.
• Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market development strategy for Poland and the CEE region.
• Identify new locations for hotel investments and sourcing attractive assets.
• Build and develop a network of investors, property owners and business partners.
• Coordinate market analyses and investment feasibility studies.
• Develop relationships with local stakeholders, including authorities, advisors, intermediaries and business partners.
• Prepare investment proposals and present them to decision-makers.
• Manage projects from the identification of an investment opportunity through to contract signing.
• Work closely with internal teams throughout project development.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen its presence in the market.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business development processes.
