Job summary

Calan is seeking a Land Development Manager in Wrocław to analyze the real estate market, identify plots, and coordinate due diligence for development projects. The role involves liaising with landowners and brokers and overseeing zoning and building permit processes.

You will coordinate negotiations and decisions related to land purchases, working in an international environment with a focus on delivering successful land acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in actively acquiring land.
• Very good command of the English language.

• Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Real estate market analysis and identification of potential plots for the development of projects.
• Contact with landowners and real estate brokers.
• Coordination of due diligence processes, including budgets, inspections, and analysis of property-related documents.
• Managing and overseeing the process of obtaining the necessary decisions for properties offered for sale until receiving zoning decisions and the final building permit.
• Conducting negotiations on behalf of the employer regarding the terms of purchasing potential lands.
