Calan is seeking a Land Development Manager for Poznań to lead the identification of plots and manage development projects from due diligence through to permitting. You will coordinate with landowners, brokers, and authorities in an international setting.

Strong experience in actively acquiring land and excellent English communication are essential to liaise effectively with stakeholders and drive project approvals.

International developer focusing on rental investments, commercial properties and urban development. Scope of activity includes comprehensive projects management from the conceptual phase, running the project through the consecutive stages, up to its completion.

The company is currently working on projects in Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Real estate market analysis and identification of potential plots for the development of projects
• Contact with landowners and real estate brokers
• Coordination of due diligence processes, including budgets, inspections, and analysis of property-related documents
• Managing and overseeing the process of obtaining the necessary decisions for properties offered for sale until receiving zoning decisions (zoning decisions or local spatial development plans) and the final building permit
• Conducting negotiations on behalf of the employer regarding the terms of purchasing potential lands
