Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, IT).
  • Experience in process management, business transformation, or operational excellence with cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and process optimization expertise.
  • Advantage: experience with process frameworks, enterprise applications, continuous improvement methodologies or process mining.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication, proactive and international teamwork.
  • English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Lead-to-Order processes across international units.
  • Analyze current process landscapes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and technical experts to translate requirements into improvements.
  • Develop process standards, governance models, and best practices to support business objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and performance monitoring to ensure transparency and informed decisions.
