Vaillant Group in Katowice is seeking an L2O Process Manager to shape end-to-end business processes and drive improvements across international units.

You will analyze landscapes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate business needs into practical process enhancements while collaborating with stakeholders and technical experts. The role emphasizes governance, standards, and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, IT).
• Experience in process management, business transformation, or operational excellence with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and process optimization expertise.
• Advantage: experience with process frameworks, enterprise applications, continuous improvement methodologies or process mining.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication, proactive and international teamwork.
• English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Lead-to-Order processes across international units.
