Job summary

CMC Markets in Warsaw is seeking a Client Onboarding Executive or KYC Analyst to join our team and deliver accurate onboarding experiences for clients. This role handles end-to-end KYC due diligence, serves as the primary onboarding contact, and conducts CDD/EDD, Source of Wealth, sanctions screening, and MiFID categorisation to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will verify documentation from clients using internal systems and external sources, assess risk profiles, and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on KYC and client onboarding experience.
• Solid understanding of PEPs, sanctions and adverse media screening.
• Familiarity with MiFID categorisation and FATCA/CRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KYC due diligence for new and existing clients.
• Serve as the primary onboarding contact throughout the journey.
• Perform CDD, EDD, Source of Wealth/Funds, and adverse media screening.
• Ensure records meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Legal to remove blockers.
