Job summary

CMC Markets in Warsaw seeks a proactive Client Onboarding Executive (KYC Analyst) to lead end-to-end onboarding and KYC reviews for individuals, corporates and complex structures. You will collaborate with Sales, Financial Crime, Compliance and Legal to resolve onboarding blockers and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires 2+ years in KYC and client onboarding, strong screening knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' KYC and client onboarding experience.
• Strong knowledge of PEPs, sanctions, adverse media screening.
• Experience with Suitability/Appropriateness assessments and MiFID categorisation.
• Knowledge of FCA, JMLSG, MiFID and Money Laundering Regulations.
• Strong analytical, investigative, numerical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end KYC/AML due diligence for onboarding individuals, corporates, funds and other entities.
• Conduct CDD/EDD, Source of Wealth/Funds, PEPs, sanctions checks, adverse media reviews, and escalation as needed.
• Ensure onboarding complies with MiFID, FATCA/CRS, EMIR and Suitability/Appropriateness requirements.
• Act as main point of contact for client onboarding and case management, verifying documentation and resolving queries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Financial Crime, Compliance and Legal to resolve onboarding blockers.
• Maintain KYC records, MI, and drive continuous improvements to KYC procedures.
