Job summary

Belvedere Recruitment represents a leading global bank in Kraków seeking a Senior CLM/KYC Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding and conduct KYC reviews for corporate clients.

You will analyse complex ownership structures, assess risk, and coordinate with Compliance and Relationship Managers to ensure AML compliance while meeting quality and SLA targets. This role offers exposure to international markets and a strong focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• CDD, KYC, AML, sanctions, FATCA and CRS expertise.
• Experience analysing corporate customers and complex ownership structures.
• Ability to interpret legal and corporate documentation accurately.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality-driven with SLAs.
• Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Collaborative mindset with flexibility to support team needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete KYC due diligence reviews within agreed timelines.
• Analyse customer profiles and identify beneficial owners.
• Execute screening alerts for sanctions, PEP and adverse media.
• Review and recommend customer risk rating adjustments.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Relationship Managers on cases.
• Verify documentation for account opening and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate material risk concerns to management and stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues and support continuous process improvement.
