Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst in Poland to support a leading global financial services client. The role involves QA of onboarding, periodic reviews and KYC files, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear guidance to operational teams.

You will document findings, provide actionable recommendations, and participate in calibration sessions to uphold high standards across the Compliance function. Strong English skills and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of AML, KYC and client onboarding requirements.
• Experience in Compliance, Financial Crime, KYC or due diligence functions.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews of onboarding, periodic review and KYC files.
• Provide guidance and quality-related advice to operational stakeholders.
• Deliver clear written and verbal feedback to Compliance Analysts to support improvement.
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Escalate material issues and support remediation activities.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency of standards.
• Review AML policies and related documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support team development through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
