Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workplace experience in office operations, hospitality, or similar.
• Experience in a multinational organisation preferred.
• Event planning and hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience coordinating workplace technology and IT service delivery.
• Proven experience managing office relocation projects, including space planning, vendor management, and workplace setup.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving global workplace policies and initiatives; implement Krakow operations strategy.
• Provide best-in-class client service; demonstrate sound judgement in a dynamic environment.
• Identify and implement innovative ways to enhance service delivery and culture.
• Cultivate relationships with leadership, employees, and clients; create a customised experience.
• Manage reception, serve as a virtual directory, and maintain knowledge of facilities and policies.
• Ensure health and safety; manage team and vendors; comply with Polish health and safety and fire regulations.
• Oversee vendor performance for cleaning, supplies, shipping, and maintenance; conduct site walks.
• Manage food and beverage programs for the workplace.
• Liaise with building landlord and local vendors; ensure procurement processes.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, IT to ensure data integrity and policy adherence; support social events.
