Job summary

BlackLine Krakow is seeking a Workplace Manager to lead our growing on-site operations, creating a world-class, productive environment for local teams and visiting colleagues.

You will partner with Global Workplace Services, People, IT and Finance to ensure safety and compliance, vendor excellence, events, space planning, and a seamless employee experience every day, while upholding BlackLine values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workplace experience, office operations, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• Experience in a multinational organisation preferred.
• Event planning and hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience coordinating workplace technology and IT service delivery.
• Proven experience managing office relocation projects, including space planning, vendor management, and workplace setup.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving global workplace policies and implement the Krakow strategy.
• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate and seamless in a dynamic environment.
• Identify and implement innovative ways to enhance service delivery to foster connection, collaboration, productivity and fun.
• Cultivate a genuine connection with leadership, employees, and clients to create a tailored experience.
• Manage receptionist duties and serve as a virtual directory for employees and guests.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with Polish legislation and maintain a clean workplace.
• Oversee vendor performance for cleaning, supplies, and maintenance; lead site walks.
• Lead food/beverage programmes and catering for the workplace.
• Liaise with building landlord and local vendors; optimize operations and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with People, Finance and IT to ensure data integrity and policy compliance.
• Organize social activities and local employee events.
