Job summary

Knauf Information Services GmbH is seeking a proactive Knowledge Management intern to join our team in a learning-focused environment. You will help improve the quality and accessibility of knowledge content and support knowledge authors across the organization.

You will review articles, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders while developing your skills in knowledge management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student.
• Strong written and verbal English skills (B2-C1).
• Interested in Knowledge Management, documentation, or IT Service Management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365; ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge article authors in reviewing and updating the articles.
• Perform article quality checks, verify templates, taxonomy, and meta tags.
• Maintain knowledge base content and help prepare Knowledge Management newsletters.

Who you are

• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and (nice-to-have) ServiceNow.

• You have an analytical, detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn.
