Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Global Business Services Poland in Wrocław is seeking an entry-level Data Protection Specialist to join the Legal & Compliance team. You will support business partners across Europe on DPAs, SCCs, TIAs and ROPA while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a chance to grow in a global in-house legal environment. Strong English skills and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of business English (min. B2).
• 0–1 years of experience in data protection, ideally including reviewing, redlining and negotiating DPAs/EU SCCs, TIAs and maintaining ROPA.
• Experience in shared legal service structures, in-house legal departments, or law firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advising Europe-wide partners on DPAs, EU SCCs, TIAs and M&T measures per playbooks, risks, and SLAs.
• Support contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify, document, and assess personal data processing activities for ROPA.
• Conduct Data Protection monitoring to ensure compliance with global procedures.
• Provide guidance and training on legal systems and tools (wizard apps, CLM, e-signature).
• Collaborate with internal networks on diverse legal topics.
