Tate & Lyle is seeking a Junior Transaction Processing Analyst in Łódź to ensure accurate invoice processing and timely payments within the P2P process. You will support period closing activities, reconcile AP to GL, and help implement process improvements in the Global Shared Services Centre.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills (Excel/Access), basic SAP knowledge, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Competenze

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc).
• SAP system knowledge (nice to have).
• Soft skills trainings would be beneficial.

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Perform month-end close activities and reconcile AP ledger to GL.
• Respond to vendor questions and resolve invoice discrepancies with procurement.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and maintain process documentation.
• Support internal controls and assist with process improvement initiatives.
