Zusammenfassung

Tate & Lyle is seeking a Senior R2R Accountant to support the financial reporting process, ensure timely closing, and reconcile accounts. You will drive process improvements, mentor junior team members, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a university degree in Finance or Accounting and at least two years of accounting experience, with SAP and BW/HFM knowledge preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Łódź and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• Two+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion (BW/HFM) is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Complete all R2R Month End Close activities per timetable, including journal entries, reconciliations and intercompany balances for consolidation.
• Own more complex R2R processes and entities within R2R scope.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports and monthly control files.
• Ensure internal controls and accounting policies are followed; support statutory reporting.
• Mentor junior accountants and collaborate with other finance teams.
